Sierra Rutile Limited operates the Sierra Rutile mine, located in the southwest of Sierra Leone near the Imperri Hills, some 30km from the Atlantic Ocean.  The Company is the largest private sector employer in Sierra Leone, and currently employs approximately 1,100 full time employees and contractors in several departments: mining, processing, engineering, technical services and administration.
