Strategy

To create a national champion for Sierra Leone; recognised as a global leader in the production of mineral sands, by:

Releasing the significant value contained in the Company’s deposits by increasing production and expanding both reserve and resource bases;
Improving operational performance through the strengthening of the company’s management team and the application of best practice management structures;
Working in partnership with local communities and the Government of Sierra Leone to ensure the company maintains and builds upon its social licence to operate; and
Identifying and capturing new market opportunities through the development of additional products, such as rare earths.
